cd11 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement for Bangladesh Players

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user or player) and cd11 (the operator). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service provided by cd11, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must not use cd11's services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of cd11 after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Before processing a withdrawal, cd11 may require identity verification (KYC) to comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud. You may be asked to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours after verification is complete. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. cd11 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.

• All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested (standard anti-money laundering requirement).

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount or bonus plus deposit must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. Only one bonus can be active at a time. 5. Betting Rules and Game Play

All bets placed on cd11 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement. cd11 reserves the right to void bets if:

• Incorrect odds or prices were displayed due to technical error.
• The bet was placed after an event had already started or concluded (unless live betting).
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or match-fixing is suspected.
• The bet was placed using a bonus in violation of bonus terms.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

cd11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, money laundering, underage gambling, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, any remaining balance or winnings may be forfeited.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion options are available for players who wish to take a break from gambling. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or place bets.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on cd11, including logos, graphics, text, software, and trademarks, is the property of cd11 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission.

The cd11 brand and associated trademarks are registered and protected. Unauthorized use of our branding is prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of cd11 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
